Derek is the Owner & Director of Essex Property Centre and founded the company in 2007. Derek began working in the property industry at the age of 17.

He built his own portfolio of properties and actively bought, refurbished and then sold properties to retain his investments. Derek decided in 2007 to open up their own estate agency to deal with the entire process from start to finish.

The business has grown considerably since then introducing private clients and dealing with their own investments. Derek has a large portfolio of buy to let property and understands the importance of instructing a reliable letting agency to ensure that the portfolio is looked after to a very high standard.

Initially as Dereks business partner, jointly purchasing investment properties, Temur was then invited into the lettings business as a partner in 2009.

Temur’s responsibilities within the company involve overseeing the general day to day running of the agency and its respective investment projects, as well as managing and overseeing the Lettings staff.
