Find long-term warranties covering timber, damp proofing, roof , windows etc.
Make sure short term guarantees covering on going repairs are available.
Collate service agreements for boiler repairs and central heating.
Solicitors
Inform your solicitor in advance that you are planning to sell
Make sure your solicitor applies in advance for your title deeds, as these can sometimes take up to two weeks to come through. (These are normally kept with your mortgage lender)
Discuss what other information may prove beneficial for potential buyers. This will speed up the buying process.
Complete any standard forms.

If you have one, ask your managing agent for relevant service charge and insurance details.

Obtain written information on when the lease was granted, and remaining time.
